EL OBJETIVO ES ELABORAR UNA PROPUESTA PARA EL SIGUIENTE PROYECTO:THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR THE CONTINUOUS MONITORING THE ELECTRIC MOTORS HEALTH, THESE MACHINES ARE THE CORE ELEMENTS OF DEVELOPED SOCIETIES AND THEY DRIVE A COUNTLESS NUMBER OF PROCESSES OF DIVERSE SECTORS (INDUSTRY, HOSPITALS, POWER PLANTS
), THE ABNORMAL OPERATION OF ELECTRIC MOTORS CAUSES SEVERE MOTOR EFFICIENCY DROPS, WHICH HAVE A HUGE IMPACT IN TERMS OF ENERGY WASTES IN THE EUROPEAN FACTORIES, FURTHERMORE, UNEXPECTED FAILURES IN THESE MACHINES CAN IMPLY CATASTROPHIC ECONOMIC EFFECTS AND COMPROMISE THE USER SAFETY, MOREOVER, THEY ARE ALSO CORE ELEMENTS OF MODERN APPLICATIONS AS ELECTRIC VEHICLES OR CLEAN ENERGY GENERATION, IN SPITE OF THIS, IN EUROPE, THERE IS A LACK OF RESEARCH EFFORT DEVOTED TO ENHANCE THEIR RELIABILITY AND STUDY ITS IMPLICATIONS ON THE FACTORY EFFICIENCY AND THIS IS CAUSING A SERIOUS STRATEGIC DELAY IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER WORLD REGIONS, WHICH MAY HAVE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES IN THE FUTURE, THE PROPOSED INTELLIGENT SYSTEM MUST BE ABLE TO RELIABLY DETERMINE THE ELECTRIC MOTOR HEALTH AT EVERY MOMENT, AS WELL AS ITS IMPLICATIONS IN TERMS OF MOTOR EFFICIENCY, THE SYSTEM WILL BE ABLE TO BE INTEGRATED IN THE MOTOR ITSELF, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INTELLIGENT MACHINE (SMART MOTOR) ABLE TO DETERMINE ITS OWN HEALTH AND ITS EFFICIENCY, TO THIS END THE DEVELOPED INTELLIGENT SYSTEM WILL RELY ON THE COMBINATION OF DIFFERENT ADVANCED NON-INVASIVE TECHNOLOGIES, WHICH DO NOT INTERFERE AT ALL WITH THE OPERATION OF THE MOTOR, MORE SPECIFICALLY, IT WILL BE BASED ON ADVANCED ANALYSIS OF MACHINE CURRENTS (INCLUDING BOTH TRANSIENT AND STATIONARY ANALYSIS), INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY DATA, STRAY FLUX MEASUREMENTS AND PARTIAL DISCHARGE MONITORING, THE DEVELOPED SYSTEM WILL INTEGRATE THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUES, BY USING CUTTING-EDGE ALGORITHMS THAT WILL ENABLE THE AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF ANY ANOMALY IN THE MOTOR AND ITS REPERCUSSION IN TERMS OF EFFICIENCY, WITHOUT REQUIRING THE INTERVENTION OF EXPERT USERS, THE PROPOSED ALGORITHMS WILL BE VALIDATED IN A WIDE RANGE OF REAL MOTORS, IN A DIVERSITY OF PROCESSES, INCLUDING APPLICATIONS SUCH AS ELECTRIC VEHICLES, THE INTELLIGENT SYSTEM WILL BE LATER MATERIALIZED IN A PROTOTYPE THAT WILL BE ABLE TO BE INTEGRATED IN EVERY MOTOR OF ANY SIZE AND THAT WILL ENABLE THE DIAGNOSIS OF ITS CONDITION AND EFFICIENCY WITH A HIGH ACCURACY, MOTOR ELÉCTRICO\MANTENIMIENTO\FIABILIDAD\EFICIENCIA
