Descripción del proyecto Team Vignita believes in empowering the human potential through groundbreaking education technology. We're experiencing the biggest workplace change in history. Within the next ten years AI and automation will impact hundreds of millions of jobs. So, there will be a massive demand for upskilling and reskilling. Therefore, we have invented a B2B learning network that allows for collaboration and seamless sharing of skills amongst colleagues, clients and partners. Having every training tool at your fingertips Vignita aims to power blended, adaptive and predictive learning through one data driven, intelligent and unified process so professionals can learn more. Faster. Existing solutions are either distributed stand-alone learning management systems or platforms targeting highly-educated white collar professionals with elearning, which in reality means self-study. But, they do not serve the needs of deskless workers, because they require a combination of both theoretical and practical training. We solve this by connecting professionals with experts that deliver both theoretical and practical training via a user friendly interface designed for users of low computer literacy. Our application gathers a vast amount of internal and external data which will be the foundation for our machine learning algorithm for predictive and adaptive learning. This will allow both employers and employees to upskill and reskill in parallel with the green and technological transitions. - Predictive learning means that Vignita will understand and predict what you and your team should learn today in order to stay competitive in the future. - People are different. Adaptive learning is when Vignita learns when you get your best results, determine your unique learning profile and tailor the best training for you.
