THE NEW LHC DATA WILL PROVIDE THE MEANS TO ENTER A NEW FRONTIER ENERGY REGIME WELL ABOVE THE ELECTROWEAK SYMMETRY BREAKING AND WILL ALLOW TO PROBE WHATEVER MECHANISM NATURE HAS CHOSEN TO GENERATE MASSES TO WHAT WE BELIEVE ARE THE FUNDAMENTAL PARTICLES, WE ARE CERTAIN THAT TO CONFIRM, UNDERSTAND AND, EVEN, EXTEND THE LHC FINDINGS WE WILL NEED A MORE PRECISE MACHINE WHICH, AS AGREED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY, WILL BE A LINEAR E+E- COLLIDER, THIS NEW COLLIDER, FLC, WILL SORT OUT THE PICTURE THAT THE LHC WILL REVEAL, ON THE OTHER HAND, THE NEW SUPER FLAVOR FACTORIES (SFF), WITH THEIR EXPECTED INCREASED LUMINOSITY, REPRESENT AN ALTERNATIVE TOOL TO SEARCH AND STUDY PHYSICS BEYOND THE STANDARD MODEL,THE SPANISH GROUPS INTERESTED ON THE FUTURE COLLIDERS AND THEIR DETECTORS HAVE CREATED A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION, A DEDICATED NATIONAL NETWORK ON FUTURE COLLIDERS, WHICH IS THE FRAMEWORK THAT PROVIDES COORDINATION AND THE BASIS TO DEFINE THE SCIENTIFIC STRATEGIES TO FOLLOW ON THIS SUBJECT, WITHIN THIS NETWORK THERE IS A COMMON WILL TO ESTABLISH A SOLID, NATION-WIDE COLLABORATION THAT WILL PLAY A KEY, RELEVANT ROLE IN THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE REQUIRED TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE TRACKER AND VERTEX DETECTORS OF THE FUTURE COLLIDERS IN PARTICLE PHYSICS AND PREPARE FOR THEIR PHYSICS EXPLORATION,THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS RESEARCH PROJECT STEM FROM THAT COMMON, LONG TERM INTERESTS AND IS THE CONTINUATION OF AN ONGOING PROJECT WITH SIMILAR OBJECTIVES, ALTHOUGH THE FINAL AIM IS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE FORWARD TRACKER AND VERTEX DETECTORS OF THE FLC, THE PATH CHOSEN TO ACHIEVE IT HAS, AS AN INTERMEDIATE STEP, THE VERTEX AND TRACKER DETECTORS OF THE SUPER FLAVOUR FACTORIES (SFF), THE REASON FOR THAT IS TWOFOLD, FIRST, BECAUSE THE SFFS OFFER THE POSSIBILITY TO TEST DETECTOR TECHNOLOGIES SUITABLE FOR THE FLC, GIVEN THAT THE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT TOO DIFFERENT AND, SECOND, BECAUSE THE MEMBERS OF THIS PROPOSAL HAVE ALSO INTERESTS AND TRADITION ON B PHYSICS (BABAR AND LHCB),THE GROUPS IN THIS PROPOSAL HAVE DEMONSTRATED THEIR EXPERIENCE BY THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS, AND SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THEIR COMMITMENTS, TO PREVIOUS EXPERIMENTS AT LEP, LHC, BABAR AND DIRAC IN ALL THE ASPECTS OF THE DESIGN, FROM ASIC AND SENSOR DEVELOPMENT, THROUGH OFF-DETECTOR ELECTRONICS UP TO SYSTEM ENGINEERING AND INTEGRATION AS WELL AS ON THE DETECTOR OPTIMIZATION, OPERATION AND DATA ANALYSIS, THEY AIM AT FOCUSING THEIR EFFORTS INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A VERTEX/TRACKER DETECTOR FOR THE FLC AS WELL AS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF B-FACTORIES, SOME OF THESE GROUPS HAVE ALREADY A CONSOLIDATED TRAJECTORY OF COOPERATION, LIKE UB AND URL AND THEY HAVE ALL PARTICIPATED IN A PREVIOUS COORDINATED PROJECT OF WHICH THIS ONE IS THE CONTINUATION,WE BELIEVE THIS PROJECT IS A VERY GOOD FRAMEWORK TO COMBINE THE DIFFERENT INTERESTS OF THE MEMBERS IN TERMS OF PHYSICS STUDIES, ALLOWING FOR A NATURAL PATH FROM LHCB TO SFFS, ON THE B PHYSICS SIDE AND FROM LHC TO THE FLC, ALL THIS IS SUPPORTED BY A COMMON INTEREST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DETECTOR SYSTEMS, VERTEX AND TRACKERS, WHICH SERVE AS THE UNIFYING GLUE THAT HOLDS THE GROUP TOGETHER AND FOSTERS THE COLLABORATIVE WORK, ALTAS ENERGIAS\ACELERADORES LINEALES\SILICIO\VERTICE\PIXEL\MICRO-PISTAS\ELECTRONICA
