PhD in Catalan Philology from the University of Barcelona (2008), where she trained as a professor and researcher with a predoctoral fellowship from the same university. He has taught literature, culture and literary translation at the University of Paris-Sorbonne (2007-2010), Brown University (2011-2012), Pompeu Fabra University (2012-2015) and Harvard University (2015-2019). She has been a postdoctoral researcher at Beatriu de Pinós-A at the University of Paris-Sorbonne (2009-2011), a postdoctoral researcher at Beatriu de Pinós-B / Marie Curie Actions at Pompeu Fabra University (2012-2014), and a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Translation and Language Sciences at Pompeu Fabra University (2019-2020). Between 2009 and 2020 she was a collaborating professor of the Degree in Catalan Language and Literature at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has carried out research stays at the universities of Paris-Sorbonne, Queen Mary College-University of London, Brown and Stanford. Since 2021 she has been a tenure-track professor in the Department of Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University.His interdisciplinary research has focused on contemporary Catalan narrative. She is the author of the book Entenebrats. Catalan Literature and Madness (2016), awarded the Milà i Fontanals Literary History Prize (2015) by the Institut d’Estudis Catalans. He has dedicated studies to literature of the late nineteenth century (Narcís Oller, Jacint Verdaguer and Marià Vayreda) and early twentieth century (Víctor Català, Santiago Rusiñol, Diego Ruiz and Joan Puig i Ferrater), in which they have addressed topics such as the aesthetic and philosophical crisis of the last decade of the nineteenth century, political Catalanism or the teratological imaginary. He has also investigated the reception of the American novel in the Catalan literary system, the relations between Iberian literatures through translation, and the representation of immigration, travel, war and rural space in the postwar literature and democracy.He is part of the Consolidated Research Group on Translation, Reception and Catalan Literature (TRILCAT-) at Pompeu Fabra University. http://trilcat.upf.edu/en/
