Descripcion
Sonia Bilbao is MSc. in Physical Sciences and Electronics Engineer from the University of the Basque Country, Spain. For more than 20 years she has worked in Tecnalia Research and Innovation (formerly Labein and Robotiker technological centres). She is Semantic Interoperability Responsible and Project Manager in the IoT Smart Platforms research group from the ICT division in Tecnalia. She has participated in national and European research projects gaining experience in Systems Interoperability, Semantic Technologies, Middleware Technologies and IoT. She is member of the subcommittee no. 41 "IoT and related technologies” under committee AEN/CTN 071 and member of GAIA-X Self-descriptions Working Group.
