Chiara Baudracco (female) is European Program Manager in Eurecat (Research Technology Center of Catalonia) since 2019. She manages the digital-health related public prgrams. She his currently Member of the EIT Health Public Affairs Working Group and of the BDVA (Big Data Value Association) Healthcare Task Force. She graduated 'cum laude' in European Policies and Multilevel Governance (2010 - Joint Master's Degree between the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain), Université Montpellier I (France), Szczecin Universität (Poland), Università degli Studi di Milano (Milan). She is an experienced healthcare researcher and since 2011 she has being working in several European and national institutions managing European projects and funds within the public sector - at the European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA) - and within the healthcare sector (at The Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine SEMFYC and at the Centre for Research in Healthcare Innovation Management IESE Business School - CRHIM). She has an extensive experience in project management and she participated to the European traineeships at the European Commission in 2011 working at the European Data Protection Supervisor. Her fields of interest are European health policy and research, integrated health & social care, community-based care, Opportunities and challenges of opening innovation.
