Alberto Barbado Gonzalez
Alberto is a Data Scientist at LUCA Big Data unit within Telefónica. His work includes leading the advanced analytics proposals within some of the Big Data software products developed at the unit (Luca Comms and Luca Fleet) while conducting research in Trusted AI topics, mainly in Explainable AI (xAI).He holds a superior degree in Industrial Engineering with focus in Automatics and Electronics by the Polytechnical University of Madrid (UPM), a MSc in Data Science by the University King Charles (URJC) and a MSc in Advanced AI by the National Distance Education University of Spain (UNED), conducting research specifically in areas of NLP and Recommender Systems. Alberto is also an assistant professor at some Big Data master degrees teaching Machine Learning and Data Mining subjects.
