Iñaki Gurutzeaga
I was born in Hernani, Basque Country, on Spain in 1959. In 1992, I graduated in Telecommunication Engineering from Polytechnic University of Catalonia. I have 18 years of experience like a RESEARCHER & PRODUCT & PROJECT MANAGER in RF & Microwave fields at three different enterprises: FAGOR ELECTRONICA S. Coop. (1986 – 1990), ALCAD S.A. (1990 – 1998), and IKUSI S.A (1998 – 2003). Since 2003, I am Research Scientist in the Communications and Electronic Systems group (SEC) in ICT Division of CEIT, a non-profit research centre created by the University of Navarra in 1982, in the area of Microwave and Millimetre-wave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) Design & Antennas up to sub-THz frequencies. I received my PhD (Dec2008) in the field of Ultra Wide Band Devices for Broadband Communication Systems at Microwave frequencies at TECNUN (School of Engineering of University of Navarra). In addition, I am lecturer in TECNUN on Devices & Circuits of Microwaves, in 4th course of Telecommunication Engineering degree
