Descripcion
Dr Silvia Quintela has a Chemical PhD (2013) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV). She has more than 15 years’ professional expertise in R&D for the agro-food sector. She has extensive experience and skills to lead research projects. She has led various research projects and has participated in more than 40 projects, both for public funding as projects under contract with companies, at national and European level. He also has extensive experience related to food/feed industry, bioactive compounds extraction from different raw material and formulation of functional ingredients. Throughout his career, he has published several articles in high impact journals.
