Junior Researcher at CEMEX Central in Monterrey, Mexico (2005-2007), and as Chemical Researcher at CEMEX Research Group (CRG) in Brügg, Switserland (2007-2014). Postdoctorate Researcher at Fundación Premio Arce in oenology related projects (FRESHWINES - Co-funded project ERDF-Interconnecta/CDTI) (2018-2022). The project Freshwines involved the participation of companies like Lallemand Bio, González Byass Jerez, Altosa, Bodegas Fontana y Bodegas y Viñedos Comenge. Current postdoctorate Researcher at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2022).
