Descripción del proyecto
Flexbimec is a global hydraulics manufacturing company with 28 dedicated employees, 9.5M€ turnover, 2,500 strong customer base and 40 years’ experience providing Measuring Instruments (MI) for fluid metering and dispensing devices. We built a brand new line of fluids metering and dispensing equipment conforming to a mandatory MI directive aimed at the Automotive segment focusing on fluid management systems. Typical problems included increased fluid consumption and the inability to detect and trace the flow of fluid, leading to problems with fluid measurement, machine maintenance, leaking fluid and poor working environments. We increased sales by 60% and consolidated our foothold internationally.
Our next product generation will boost EU sales, while appealing to a very large audience globally: PRIMESYST extends our original concept through refinement of the core components and integration of sensors and software–enabled data collection system to control and manage the flow of lubricant into any industrial activity. Data can be logged, analysed and displayed using specialised software which has been built upon an existing simulated application.
New target sectors are Industrial Equipment, Mining and any other sector where fluid management systems or machines exist. End-users benefit with 50% cost savings, 75% timing reductions, access to unique data and supreme performance levels. Tidier and less polluted workplaces will result from increased visibility to maintain fluid handling machines. We foresee a 30% decrease in fraudulent activity when measuring fluids and all key directives conformed to. We will secure a 35% share of the EU Fluid Management Systems market and 70% for the Italian market by 2025, plus global sales increase by 23%. In 4 years, we expect our Return on Investment to be 1.48 per Euro invested in the Project. We expect to increase headcount by 30 and reach a €11.4 million in profit.
