MESOGENESIS IS A CLASS OF MECHANISMS, THAT GENERATES BOTH THE OBSERVED ASYMMETRY OF MATTER OVER ANTIMATTER AND THE DARK MATTER ABUNDANCE OF THE UNIVERSE. IN PARTICULAR, MESOGENESIS AS LEVERAGES KNOWN PHYSICS WITHIN STANDARD MODEL PARTICLES KNOWN AS MESONS E.G. NEUTRAL OR CHARGED "B" MESONS, "D" MESONS AND OTHERS. EXCITINGLY, UNLIKE PREVIOUS BARYOGENESIS PROPOSALS, MESOGENESIS CAN BE TESTED AT EXISTING AND FUTURE EXPERIMENTS; AT THE LARGE HADRON COLLIDER (LHC), ELECTRON-POSITRON COLLIDERS (B-FACTORIES), NEUTRINO EXPERIMENTS, THROUGH ASTROPHYSICAL OBSERVATIONS AND MORE. THIS OPENS UP THE POSSIBILITY OF RESOLVING TWO OUTSTANDING PROBLEMS OF PARTICLE PHYSICS; THE NATURE OF DARK MATTER, AND THE ORIGIN OF THE PRIMORDIAL ASYMMETRY OF MATTER OVER ANTIMATTER, OVER A RELATIVELY SHORT TIMESCALE (5-10 YEARS). THE WORK PROPOSED HERE: "MESOGENESIS: THE ORIGIN AND PHENOMENOLOGY OF THE UNIVERSES BARYON ASYMMETRY (MORPHEUS)", IS CRITICAL TO ENABLING THE DISCOVERY (OR COMPLETE EXCLUSION) OF MESOGENESIS. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY EXPLORING ALL POSSIBLE VARIATIONS OF THE MECHANISMS, THE ASSOCIATED PHENOMENOLOGY I.E. MODEL INDEPENDENT AND MODEL DEPENDENT SIGNALS. AS WELL AS THROUGH COMPREHENSIVELY EXPLORING THE POSSIBLE OBSERVABLES AND CURRENT AND FUTURE EXPERIMENTS. THE INTERPLAY AND COMPLEMENTARY OF THE STUDY AREAS PROPOSED HERE ARE CRITICAL TO ULTIMATELY DISCOVERING OR EXCLUDING MESOGENESIS PARTICLE PHYSICS\COSMOLOGY\ASTROPHYSICS\LHC\PARTICLE COLLIDERS\DARK MATTER\MESOGENESIS\BARYOGENESIS\HIGH ENERGY THEORY
