GLORIA provides evidence to support the EU and national level policy-making in key areas of research and innovation policy. It builds on the IRIMA (Industrial Research Investment Monitoring and Analysis) projects undertaken together with DG RTD since 2004, but gives more emphasis on the analyses of global industrial research and its feed into the policy cycle.
