Public services transformation will foster the interaction of citizens and businesses with public administrations.Our overall innovation project consists of a user-centric platform for the creation of user experience enhanced mobile public services, in order to improve the provision of public services and foster their utilization by citizens and businesses. The integration of mobile contextual information network creation platform, SMARTINDOOR, and a gamification platform, GAMILEKU, will contribute to motivate users to utilize public services and participate in government decision making, SMARTLEKU.""
