The project aims to foster pharmaceutical innovation and entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa, increase skilled clinical researchers, promote career development, strengthen clinical human capital, enhance talent retention, and establish collaborations between organizations in Africa and Europe. The initiative supports a master’s training program to develop R&D skills and foster innovation and entrepreneurship in global health.
